CARLTON POINTE
The neighborhood of Carlton Pointe was developed with a focus on family convenience and the value of community.There are paved sidewalks throughout the neighborhood, as well as a number of walking trails, a bike trail, a community center with a pool, and a "tot lot" playground for young children. There is a highly active HOA that keeps the area and its landscape looking beautiful throughout the year. It also actively informs neighbors about any changes, policies, or activities happening throughout the area.
Rolesville Community School Park, Main Street Park, and Fantasy Lake Scuba Park can all be found just a short distance from the main street. There are additional K-12 schools close by, along with the Granite Falls Swim and Athletic Club. The area is roughly twenty minutes from both downtown Raleigh and Wake Forest, but there are several shopping or grocery store plazas along the way towards both cities.

Over three hundred custom single-family houses in a range of sizes and designs make up this farly large neighborhood. The first homes were constructed in 2009, but up until the beginning of 2018, more were added each year.
